Dada Shiilabhadrananda has been a senior yoga and meditation monk of Ananda Marga since 1977. Over the decades, he has lived, taught, and served in more than 25 countries across five continents, sharing the practices and philosophy of Tantra Yoga with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
He has led month-long Yoga Instructor Training courses in Argentina, Thailand, Indonesia, South Africa, and South Korea. He also served as the global coordinator of Ananda Marga's ecological initiative, PCAP (Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Plants), promoting environmental awareness and compassionate living.
Dada Shiilabhadrananda is the author of Diet for Higher Consciousness, a book exploring the benefits of a vegetarian diet integrated with the holistic yogic lifestyle practiced in Ananda Marga.
Through decades of teaching, service, and spiritual practice, he continues to guide individuals in meditation, self-development, and the practical application of Tantra Yoga in daily life.
