Intro to Meditation (Beginner)

A calm, practical introduction: posture, breath basics, attention training, and how to practice at home.

Tantra Yoga & Meditation (All levels)

Weekly practice

Guided meditation plus supporting practices (breath, mantra, and gentle yoga techniques depending on the session).

1:1 Practice Support

By appointment

Individual instruction tailored to your practice: meditation posture, consistency, questions, and next steps. Sessions are practice-focused and professionally bounded.

Pricing

Group classes are offered in a simple, accessible format. If your tradition uses donation-based offerings, you can state that here.
